Portable Calibrators |
CALOG calibrators by Instrotech are a range of rugged, hand-held, precision units for the calibration of mA Loops, Process functions including Frequency and Counts, Thermocouples, RTD's and Pressure. The unique Load Cell version is used for load cell evaluation, insulation testing and weighing system field calibration. Loop, Temperature and Pressure versions feature USB and data logging to SD cards.

Digital Indicators |
Among a range of 21 units there are models for process, temperature, frequency, counting, quadrature, time, serial, parallel, load cell, dynamometer and belt weigher applications. Firmware and hardware options include up to 4 relay setpoints, analogue or digital retransmission, integration and linearisation. Standard indicators are DIN size 48 x 96mm, but the range also includes mini and extra-large displays. Large digit displays are also made with Radio Modems for remote wireless display.

Load Cells |
We supply a large range of different styles of aluminium, plated steel, coated steel and stainless steel load cells from Revere and Zemic, a small selection of which are detailed on our Products pages. Popular models of beams, single-point, compression and universal load cells are kept in stock. In addition, we sell the Instrotech bolt-on strain transducer for vessel legs, Revere Aircraft Weighing Systems, and various types of load cell mounts.

Tank Level Systems |
We make a series of liquid level systems and gauges for use in fire fighting vehicles and liquid tanks. These fully digital self-checking systems have no moving or corrosive parts. The solid state sensors may be calibrated for water, diesel and Class A or Class B fire fighting foam concentrates. Alarm outputs for sirens and strobes are provided for fire appliances. Special systems and customised displays are made to order.

Weighing Electronics |
Instrotech has designed and manufactured weigh indicators, amplifiers and load cell transmitters for over 27 years. Multi-function
Model 6004MF is a load cell indicating transmitter which also has belt weigher, dynamometer, loss-in-weight feeder, bag-filler, through-put weigher, axle weigher and batch controller functions with an SD card for data logging.

Acoustic Leak Detection |
In 1984 Instrotech produced our first acoustic system for boiler tube steam leak detection on large coal-fired power stations. These systems use up to 32 specially designed microphones around the boiler for early warning and localisation of tube leaks. INSPECTA FFT systems are now fitted to power stations, oxygen plants and gasifiers worldwide. The latest versions have SCADA software for logging and retrieval of historical data as well as automatic waveguide air-purge functions.

Transmitters, Alarms and Isolators |
Instrotech manufactures a range of transmitters in rail-mount, head-mount and field-mount housings. Isolated Universal Programmable Transmitters are made in versions for process, temperature, digital, load cell, ASCII, and high current or high voltage inputs. Displacement Level Transmitters are used in industrial and mining applications for level, density and interface measurement. Loop Isolators are packaged in single and dual units in the slim rail-mount housing as are our screwdriver adjustable Signal Conditioners and Alarm modules.

Rally Timers |
Rallytime GPS is a hand-held timer and logger for motorsport rally timing, with Time, Stage Start, Flying Finish and Stop controls. These clocks can drive starting lights and large time displays, as well as output to serial printers and computers. Remote start / stop by push-button or photoelectric sensors is provided for. Rallytime has satellite time synchronisation and displays GPS positioning for each control point.
